Guided by his love for the Florida Lifestyle, Webb has over 27 years of working in the High-End Residential Construction industry on the Suncoast. He has built an impressive list of over 120 notable clients and significant projects that have been published and earned accolades. As well as developed a loyal following of vendors and subcontractors that consists of talented and award-winning accredited Architects, Interior Designers, Project Managers, Craftsmen and Artisans.
Above all, what drives him are the long-lasting friendships that began through the very work he dedicates his life to. Leaving a positive mark on all those who work with him while nurturing a creative, open book and inclusive culture with his clients.
When Brant isn’t working you will find him spending time with his family, typically on the water somewhere. Fishing, Sport Spectating, Traveling are what recharges him.

SYBILL WEBB

Sybill brings nearly three decades of high-end residential design and construction experience to BWH. A graduate of Florida State University's accredited Interior Design program and an award-winning designer, she has spent her career helping shape distinctive residences throughout the Sarasota area. She founded Blank Canvas Design Group in 2004 and has developed a particularly deep expertise in new construction and whole-home design.
Her role begins long before furnishings enter a home. Sybill works at the intersection of architecture, construction and interior design—reviewing plans, refining layouts and architectural details, developing finish specifications, coordinating cabinetry, lighting and materials, and helping ensure that decisions made during construction support the way the finished home will ultimately live. Her Blank Canvas practice also includes builder, architect and trade coordination and ongoing site involvement throughout construction.
At BWH, that experience gives Sybill a broader role in design and development. She brings a designer's eye to potential properties and residences while helping guide the details, selections and decisions that distinguish a well-built house from an exceptional home.

Brant approaches a residence through the lens of a builder and developer. Sybill sees it through the lens of design, proportion, function and lifestyle.
Together, those perspectives influence decisions from the earliest concept through final completion—where to build, what to build, how it should function, how it should be constructed and how it should ultimately feel to live there.
It is a collaborative approach that allows BWH to offer something intentionally different: the construction expertise of an experienced builder, the perspective of a seasoned interior designer and the personal involvement of both.
